Hard to judge this as most of the scenes are shot in the dark.However after flicking through I was pleasantly surprised with the quality.I was not expecting this as it doesn't hit the cinemas in Russia,Germany etc till July and August.I feel even a R5 of this would look somewhat dark so hats off to IMAGiNE and EP1C for this very decent ts.

Im not gonna say "it 'LOOKS' dark" or "i 'FLICKED' through it"
i just watched the entire movie start to finish so i CAN say it IS dark.
as usal the screen caps above are of nice daytime scenes, but the night scenes are indeed dark.
how dark?
well not so dark that you cant make out whats going on, but dark enough that you dont see any detail of the... (i wont spoil the move)

as with most of JJ's movies its all about the hype and teasing, the drip drip of plot that 'ever so slowly' unfolds.
and this copy, good as it is for a TS (& it is a good TS) is just to dark in the INPORTANT bits.
The audio, as a TS is top notch, on unforgiving headphones its really quite good.

The movie itself....
well sorry to let those down that looked forward to this (fell into the hype as i did)
im afraid to say it felt like a 20min Saturday afternoon tv movie stretched out to movie length.
it felt like about 4 movies in one,falling short of anything close to satisfying.
in a word.. WEAK. 50% hype 30% movie. 20% wanting.

Not watched the full release but can only echo what has been said above... It's a bit dark! Otherwise the video in daylight scenes are fine and the audio is surprisingly good throughout.

Despite Arthur's comments though I'm seeing this at the cinema. The trailer evoked those memories of watching ET or Cocoon at the cinema when I was a kid... So it's either I try and recreate a portion of my childhood by watching this at the cinema or I try and get a fumble off a kid behind some bike sheds - I'm taking the former because my ankle tag I have to wear as part of my probation means I can't go near schools.
