For starters, IT'S IN 4:3! Not saying that's a bad thing (ok, it's a bad thing) but if that's the source there's little could be done. As for the quality of the capture though... It's pretty bad. If the source looked like this I'd ask for my money back.
Audio on the other hand isn't too bad. Not much range to it but perfectly audible.
I think I'll give it a miss though.
