I'm not sure what to make of all these dvd rips. Although they seem to vary in size and come from different groups, the quality appears to be the same.
It's possible that the seemingly sub par quality is to be attributed to the actual animation.
Maybe all the variations derive from the same source - as suggested by the fact that the different rips somehow all sample the same scene to promote the individual rips.
I'd wait until something with more color and texture comes along. As for the movie, it was not what I was expecting - and I mean that it in a good way. It takes a surprisingly adventerous approach to its inevitable destination.
