I just dont understand why people are so picky. Especially the ones who are not out there sticking their necks out and getting the movies. All I see is slamming of peoples art and yes getting these movies is an art form, putting them out isnt. Its very risky and the consequences high but does the end user appreciate that? Hell no. I understand about quality, that is always important. But when it comes to getting something FREE, thats FREE (Meaning you dont have to pay for it) beggers cannot be choosers in my opinion. If you want really good stuff wait for a screener or a DVD rip or if your too impatient GO SEE THE DAMN MOVIE............lol.I think we need to give constructive critique to the suppliers so they can improve on the end result, not slam them for their effort

I agree, its pretty pointless and stupid to complain over a free movie. I mean if you want to see the best quality of a movie then pay your 8 bux to go to the movie theaters.

Your both right. Although people can complain to a certain point, afterall it is their opinion, but the stuff you used to see on the comments page was downright stupid.

doesnt matter if they get pissed or not. If your not out there getting movies and releaseing them, then you have no room to crticize the ones that are. If you dont like what they bring dont bitch about it, go out and try to do better. if you cant, offer some suggestions to the ones who are to try and help them improve the quality they are presenting. Its just like the bums that beg in the street. Some get pissed when you only give them a quarter, but i always say "Thats a quarter more than what you had before I gave it to you." Dont get pissed, enjoy what we bring to you or try to. If you think you can do better dont just bitch SHUT UP AND JUST DO IT SO ALL OF US CAN ENJOY!!

Sorry Tyrant but if the groups can't take the criticism (the constructive kind...) then they shouldn't be releasing the movies. If a group is releasing bad after bad movie, or faking the quality (ie: post a TC as Screener), they deserve to be criticized. After all, these movies are for the end user.... be they llamas or not. The scene is not about competition like some people say, the VCD scene isn't even that popular compared to the iSO scene or DiVX. So the bottom line is: if you can't take the heat, get outta the kitchen.

95% of the groups that release flix are proffesional silver vcds bin/cuers....what so dangerous and risky about that??

I agree that you should not complain because the movies are free, but it would be better if the release groups had a website to post nothing but samples of each release. That way you can decide whether you want to waste your ime going after the release. Now thanks to vcdquality we have screen shots. I think the complaint is that people have certain expectations for ts and screener and are disapointed when the quality is not to their expectation.

Well, i dont really know how your wasting your time. They are not forcing you to d/l it. I preferably dont care what the quality is, as long as its viewable. If i wanted to see a perfect version, then i would go to the movies. If time is wasting, then its the release groups. They are wasting their time just to be criticized on how they do their job. Do it your damn self if your not satisfied. Or... if your that picky, then just wait till vcdquality.com posts pics.

As a matter of fact you dont know anything. If 95% of the groups were professionals as you so eloquently put it, then the majority of the crap that is being released wouldnt be crap now would it? I dont think so. We would have superb quality in every release, no matter what group released it.

Check your legal stautes amigo, even copying a screener can land your ass in jail. I had a buddy of mine in L.A. copy a screener, he took it home, got into an argument with his girlfriend, and she called th cops on him. Next thing he knows he got 2 years in the pen for it. So you tell me its not dangerous. Yeah it is. Not only do they fine you bu they confiscate evrything. Its just like drugs.

All Im saying is give constructive criticism, dont bash the people getting it. If its a crappy release let them know how they can improve on their next release. DOnt act like bitches and complain. If you can do better then put up or shut up.

erm.... no they wouldnt be proffesionals as thy all get their silvers from non-copyrighted asian countries and besides they vary in quality very much from crap cam to ok screener and telecine...
